Facility Tour for Leadership Program Members

Each year, the Stewart Companies conducts an extensive Advanced Leadership Development Program aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders within our organization. This commitment to our employees not only facilitates their career growth but also enhances their skills as effective communicators and leaders.

As part of the program, participants are immersed in various company projects, offering them valuable insights into the diverse operations of our organization. During our most recent project visit, our participants had the opportunity to explore the construction of the new facility for the York County History Center, a collaborative effort between Stewart & Tate and Lewis Contractors. 

The team thoroughly enjoyed the tour, learning the about the challenges and excitement within our building and construction operations.
